Income and transfers

Publication of the income earned by Mayor Marx in the 2024 calendar year and the sideline activities and honorary positions held by him, as well as the scope of the activities and the amount of remuneration received and payments made in this regard.

Salary:

In accordance with the state ordinance on the remuneration and compensation of temporary full-time municipal electoral officials, Mayor Marx is paid a B 3 salary (corresponding to a basic monthly salary of EUR 9,498.81). In addition, the mayor receives an allowance of EUR 157.99 per month.

Remuneration for secondary employment

According to the report to be submitted by Mayor Marx in accordance with Section 8 of the Secondary Employment Ordinance, the Mayor received income from the following secondary employment requiring approval in the 2024 calendar year:

    For secondary employment in the public service or equivalent service, there is an obligation to pay contributions if the maximum amount of €9,600 is exceeded. Attendance fees are to be taken into account if they exceed €160 in individual cases or a total of €1,900 in a calendar year.
    According to the above list (Section 8 IV NebVO), the maximum amount of €9,600 was not exceeded with regard to remuneration received for secondary employment in the public sector or equivalent service.
