Advisory Board for Migration and Integration

Tasks

The Advisory Board for Migration and Integration (BMI for short) is committed to the equal coexistence of people of different nationalities, cultures and religions in Idar-Oberstein. It also represents the interests of residents with a migration background to the city authorities. The advisory board consists of 15 members, 10 of whom are elected, 5 of whom are delegated by the political groups represented in the city council.

Following the election of the BMI on 10.11.2024, the following members were elected to the Advisory Board. The members delegated by the City Council are expected to be elected at the City Council meeting on 27.11.2024.
