Live music at JAM

The headliner of the evening is Freidenkeralarm. After four long years, the time has finally come: FDA (Freidenkeralarm) are back with new music. On "Geschichten vom Beton" (released on October 4, 2024), the quartet paints a musical picture of despair, resignation, sadness and, last but not least, the will to fight. The lyrics of the six new songs are just as unsparing as the sometimes much heavier sound, which the Trier band has continuously developed since its last line-up addition in 2023. "Geschichten vom Beton" is more than just a lyrical and musical outlier. On the way to more solidarity, understanding and mutual help, FDA delivers the sound that unites all the diffuse feelings and anger about the injustice of this system and wants to give the feeling that nobody has to go through all this alone.

FDA will be supported by the band Der Ganze Rest. The punk rockers from the Stuttgart area are known for their energetic shows. With a combination of political messages and catchy melodies that also incorporate ska, reggae and country, they bring variety to the stage. Since their formation in 2013, they have stood for a clear attitude and fun music-making. Their latest album "Incendium" reflects their versatility and creativity.

The third band is yet to be announced.
