The EdelSteinLand Tourist Information Office is delighted that the offices in Idar-Oberstein and Herrstein have been awarded the DTV I-Mark for a further three years.
Following a comprehensive quality check by the German Tourism Association, the Tourist Information was once again awarded the coveted seal of quality, which stands for high standards in infrastructure, offerings, service and competent advice. "The TI impresses with a high level of advice, a solid range of services and a pronounced awareness of quality. The quality concept is upheld, which is also reflected in the personal advice provided," says the audit report. The certification is the result of intensive training and continuous improvement measures aimed at offering guests in the region a first-class service.
The quality of advice covers various aspects, including the friendliness of the staff, expertise in local offers and the ability to make tailored recommendations. The tourist information office is committed to continuously maintaining and developing these standards in order to offer guests an unforgettable experience and to position the region even more strongly as an attractive travel and excursion destination.
