Language meeting for families with children without a daycare place

For families with children who are still waiting for a place in a daycare center, a weekly meeting is offered in the seminar room of the city library, Hauptstraße 373a in the pedestrian zone of Oberstein, which focuses on the language development of children.

The event is run by volunteers and lasts one to one and a half hours. The aim of the offer is to make it easier for children to start nursery and later transition to elementary school by introducing them to the German language in a playful way. Children between the ages of 0 and 6 can take part in the free parent-child program. Parents are responsible for supervising their children during the meeting.

In March, the Sprachtreff will take place on the following dates:

Tuesday, March 4, 11, 18 and 25, 2025, each from 9.15 to 10.45 a.m., and

Thursday, March 6 and 20, 2025 from 2.45 to 3.45 pm.
