The Idar-Oberstein registry office would like to point out that it is no longer necessary to go to the registry office to request birth, marriage and death certificates. These can be conveniently requested by e-mail at urkundenanforderung@idar-oberstein.de. The Cryptshare® application is available for the secure transmission of personal data.
Personal appointments, for example for the registration of marriages, are of course still possible. However, the registry office would like to point out that an appointment must be made in advance.
