As part of THEATERSOMMER Idar-Oberstein, the Sebastian Weber Dance Company (SWDC) and the Werner Neumann Electric Trio invite you to the "Cowboys Concert" on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 8 p.m. on Christuskirchplatz in the Oberstein district. The dance mob is a participatory event for anyone who feels like it. Admission is free.
The "Cowboys Concert" is a mixture of party and performance in which participants learn simple choreography in the style of the production "Cowboys" together with the SWDC dancers and dance live with the band. No previous experience is necessary - the participatory concert is an invitation to everyone to rock out with a fantastic band. Sebastian Weber teaches a choreography using simple pictures, which the participants then dance as they wish. The whole thing is fun and after about 30 minutes everyone is able to dance the choreography together. The concert is framed by short performances by the company.
