In accordance with Section 4 (5) of the Eigenbetriebs- und Anstaltsverordnung (EigAnVO) of October 5, 1999 in conjunction with Section 7 (6) of the Stadtwerke operating statutes of May 9, 1980 in the current version, the representation of the plant manager, with the approval of the Stadtwerksausschuss of September 17, 2024 and in consultation with the plant management, will be regulated as follows from October 1, 2024:

Representation for all areas of Stadtwerke will be carried out jointly from 01.10.2024 by

and

Mr. Heinz Marx
