Invitation to the hearing and explanatory meeting
on the results of the valuation
in accordance with Section 32 sentence 2 of the Land Consolidation Act
In the simplified land consolidation procedure Mackenrodt, Birkenfeld district, the statements on the results of the valuation are available on
Tuesday, 18.03.2025 and Wednesday, 19.03.2025 each
in the time from 09:00 - 12:00 and from 13:30 - 16:00
in the community center Mackenrodt, Hauptstraße 21, 55758 Mackenrodt
for inspection by the parties involved.
DLR Rheinhessen-Nahe-Hunsrück staff will be present at the time indicated above to provide information and explanations.
The hearing and explanatory meeting on the results of the valuation in accordance with § 32 sentence 2 of the Land Consolidation Act (FlurbG) in the version published on March 16, 1976 (BGBl. I page 546), last amended by Article 17 of the Act of December 19, 2008 (BGBl. I page 2794) is set for
Thursday, 20.03.2025 at 09:30 a.m.
in the community center Mackenrodt, Hauptstraße 21, 55758 Mackenrodt
to which the parties involved are hereby invited. The results of the valuation will be explained in detail at this meeting.
Each participant will also be sent an excerpt from the proof of the old inventory, which contains the properties included in the simplified land consolidation procedure Mackenrodt with valuation results.

Objections to the results of the valuation may be raised by the parties involved at this hearing and explanatory meeting or in text form. Once justified objections have been resolved, the results of the valuation shall be established as binding.
The participants are expressly advised that the results of the valuation form the binding basis for the calculation of the compensation claim, the land and monetary compensation and the monetary and in-kind contributions after the determination of the valuation has become incontestable. It is therefore the responsibility of the participants to verify not only the correctness of the valuation of their own properties, but also the results of the valuation of the entire procedure area, as each participant must expect to be allocated properties in a location in which they have no previous ownership. For this purpose, the participants are entitled to inspect the valuation documents for the entire procedural area.
If a party is represented by a proxy, a proper power of attorney must be submitted to the Dienstleistungszentrum Ländlicher Raum. The signature of the person granting the power of attorney must be notarized by an authority with the official seal (e.g. local authority or local mayor).
