the parcel boundaries were determined and demarcated on the occasion of a road closure survey of the "Alte Poststraße" at the request of the Idar-Oberstein city administration. A boundary record of these measures was drawn up on 20.01.2025. In accordance with Section 17 (3) sentence 3 of the State Law on Official Surveying (LGVerm) of December 20, 2000 (GVBl. p. 572, BS 2019-1), as amended, the owners and heritable building owners of the parcels are publicly notified of the measures specified in the boundary record. The enacting part of the boundary record has the following wording:
The new parcel boundaries are determined according to the result of the boundary determination as shown in the sketch.
The existing, already established parcel boundaries and individual boundary points of an already established
Parcel boundaries are restored according to the result of the boundary determination as shown in the sketch.
The boundary points are marked off on the basis of the decision according to number 1 letter c, as shown in the sketch. The boundary markers found in accordance with the real estate cadastre are shown in black in the sketch.
The demarcation of boundary points 1 - 9 is permanently omitted for the following reasons of expediency: Boundary points 1 - 9 are permanently and clearly defined by the corners of the building.
The demarcation of boundary points 10 - 33 is permanently omitted for the following reasons of expediency: Boundary points 10 - 33 are permanently and clearly defined by the wall corners.
At the request of the parties involved under no. 2 and 95 in Annex 1, the demarcation of boundary points 34 - 39 is omitted.
The boundary report is on display from 17.02.2025 to 17.03.2025 at the public surveying office Vermessungsbüro Benzel (publicly appointed surveying engineer) in 66885 Altenglan, Bahnhofstraße 39 A and can be inspected during opening hours (Monday-Friday from 8:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 16:00).
The administrative decision is deemed to have been announced in accordance with Section 1 (1) of the State Administrative Procedure Act (LVwVfG) of December 23, 1976 (GVBl. p. 308, BS 2010-3) in conjunction with Section 41 (4) sentence 3 of the Administrative Procedure Act (VwVfG) of January 23, 2003 (BGBI. I 2003, 102; FNA 201-6), in the respective applicable versions, after the expiry of two weeks after this local announcement.

Legal remedies:
Appeals against the decisions contained in the boundary record may be lodged within one month of the public announcement. The objection may
1. in electronic form in accordance with Section 3a (2) of the Administrative Procedure Act or
2. in writing or for the record at ÖbVI Michell Benzel, Bahnhofstraße 39a, 66885 Altenglan.
