a boundary appointment will be held in which, at the request of the Idar-Oberstein municipal administration, parcel boundaries are to be determined and marked off in accordance with Section 17 (3) sentence 3 of the State Law on Official Surveying (LGVerm) of December 20, 2000 (GVBl. p. 572, BS 219-1).

The owners and heritable building owners are given the opportunity to comment on the facts relevant to the determination and demarcation of the parcel boundaries (hearing).

The result of the boundary determination and demarcation is announced.

Owners and those with hereditary building rights are requested to bring identification documents (e.g. identity card, passport) to the boundary appointment.

You can also be represented by a person authorized in writing.

We would like to point out that the parcel boundaries can also be determined and marked out without the presence of the owners and those with hereditary building rights.

If the owners and leaseholders are unable to attend the boundary appointment, they will be informed of the result subsequently in writing or publicly.

The costs incurred for attending the border appointment cannot be reimbursed.
