of the election officer of the city of Idar-Oberstein

Sonja Gottlieb (nomination DIE LINKE) and Benjamin Augenstein (nomination List of Independent Citizens Idar-Oberstein (LUB)), who were elected to the Idar-Oberstein City Council for the 2024-2029 electoral term, did not accept the election.

In accordance with Section 45 of the State Act on Elections to Municipal Representative Bodies (Municipal Elections Act - KWG) in the version dated January 31, 1994 (GVBl. p. 137), last amended by the Act dated May 24, 2023 (GVBl. p. 133, 257),
