4th Amendment Statutes

amending the statutes on the use and operation of the indoor pool and natural pool in Idar-Oberstein (house and pool regulations) dated 30.06.2017

The city council of the city of Idar-Oberstein adopted the following statutes on June 5, 2024 based on § 24 of the municipal code for Rhineland-Palatinate:

Article 1

§ Section 6(3)(b) is replaced by the following:
"b) Smoking (including e-cigarettes, shishas or similar) except in specially designated areas. Carrying, smoking and any consumption of cannabis is prohibited in all areas of the pools, including the outdoor areas;"

Article 2

The 4th Amendment Ordinance shall enter into force on the day following its publication.
