1st Amendment Statutes

to amend the main statutes of the city of Idar-Oberstein dated 30.08.2024

On November 27, 2024, the City Council adopted the following bylaws based on Sections 24 and 25 of the Municipal Code (GemO):

Article 1

§ Section 1 (1) is amended as follows:

(1) Public announcements of the city shall be made in the official gazette of the city of Idar-Oberstein.

Article 2

The amended articles of association enter into force on 01.01.2025.
