Subject: Change in building cost subsidies;

Execution of the price change clause

1) According to the Annex to the 'Additional Contract Terms' (ZVB Annex) of the City of Idar-Oberstein to the Ordinance on General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Water (AVBWasserV) to Section II 'Construction Cost Subsidy', the billing price per square meter of floor space will increase to € 7.33 net (including VAT € 7.84) from April 1, 2025.

2) According to the annex to the 'General Terms of Disposal for Wastewater' (AEB) of the city of Idar-Oberstein to Section II 'Construction cost subsidy', the billing price per square meter of floor space will increase to € 6.67 from April 1, 2025; of this, a share of € 2.63 is attributable to surface drainage.
