amending the bylaws of the city of Idar-Oberstein for the collection of recurring contributions for the expansion of traffic facilities (recurring contributions bylaws) dated 24.03.2023.


On June 5, 2024, the City Council adopted the following bylaws on the basis of Section 24 of the Municipal Code (GemO) and Sections 2 (1), 7, 10 and 10a of the Municipal Tax Act (KAG):

Article 1

In Annex 1 of the Statutes on Recurring Contributions, the previous plan for billing unit 2 (Tiefenstein) is replaced by the following plan:

Article 2

The amended articles of association come into force retroactively to 01.01.2023.
