Tasks include general guest information as well as individual guest support at the counter, program design including ticketing and merchandising, including the processing of brochure requests, room reservation, and organizational handling with customers and service providers.
The ability to work in a team, friendliness in dealing with guests and service providers are essential. In addition, experience in the tourism / travel industry is desirable but not a prerequisite for employment.
We are looking for a flexible part-time employee who is also prepared to work mainly in the afternoons, at weekends and on public holidays. General data processing skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook are required.

This is a permanent part-time position with 19.5 hours per week.
The main job contents include in particular
- Administrative processing in the area of partial inpatient and inpatient educational assistance and assisted living in accordance with §§ 32 and 34 SGB VIII, inpatient integration assistance in accordance with § 35a SGB VIII and shared living arrangements for mothers/fathers and children in accordance with § 19 SGB VIII, in particular determination of factual and local responsibility in accordance with §§ 85 ff. of SGB VIII, processing/decision of applications and regular checking and ordering of benefit invoices as well as checking the obligation to contribute to costs

This is a permanent part-time position with 9 hours per week. The salary is determined separately as part of the annual working hours.
The main job contents include in particular
- "First point of contact": communication with pupils, parents, school management and teaching staff, companies, authorities, health authorities
- Management of student data in the school program, registration, re-registration and deregistration, student file management
- Management of the school budget and accounting
- Coordination of textbook lending at school level
- Student data management in all-day schools
- Preparation of statistics and lists; accident reports and school property damage
- Written correspondence, appointment coordination, telephone service, mail processing
The performance of duties requires in particular a high degree of organization, planning, prudence, flexibility, resilience, decision-making ability and commitment. Vacation leave must always be taken during school vacations.

2 professional interns (m/f/d) to obtain state recognition as educators (m/f/d)
Please note that the prerequisite for this is proof of a school place at a vocational school for social services. The school will decide whether the necessary requirements have been met.
