Advice and information
Information on all aspects of energy is available from the Rhineland-Palatinate Consumer Advice Center, among others. The energy consultants also offer regular telephone consultations.
The next telephone consultation in Idar-Oberstein will take place on Wednesday, 24.07.24, from 2.30 - 5.30 pm. The consultation is free of charge. Consumers can obtain further information and make an appointment by calling the consumer advice center's energy hotline on 0800 60 75 600 (free of charge). The energy hotline is available on Mondays from 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm.
